Something I want to say to the people who will never read this

I was really touched by what happen today, my  bunch of LG friends called me up while they were having BBQ just to shout " Thank you Wei Mae" over the phone. If I was on loud speaker, I'm so sorry for sounding very stone I just didn't expect that and that really made my day. It was like all the effort was totally worth it. I mean not as if if they didn't call me it would not be worth it, i knew they were grateful even without saying but that one call with everyone yelling over the phone just to thank me was too much...so much that it brought some sting to my eyes. Thank you for calling Ervin =) just at the right moment too, well not really but almost. I bet he called on the dot at 4 when training was over but nah~ it ended 10 minutes later hahahaha Love you guys la <3 br="br">

Random thoughts

So many things/happenings/emotions went by unsaid have left so many gaps in between us. Bringing up what has happened all these years would mean Tsunami.

I have perhaps set my expectations too high that now I'm greatly disappointed.

Maybe it's just that time of the month, I never knew this existed.

Haih...need to get my priorities right....have been very "divided" recently. It's like I can't focus and my heart is in so many places... mixing up dateline, messing up assignments, not doing my job as a class rep well too.... I.NEED.HELP

it was exactly a year ago

It was exactly a year ago today that i got baptized in water, Sept 11 2011. So fast and a year has already gone by, seems like just months ago that it happened. Amazing how time past so fast =)

It's sad how friendship has to end this way. I never intended it to end this way, but somehow things always just do turn out this way. As you have already made up your mind, there is nothing i can do to change it, though i miss our friendship i think it is better i let things go so that you can move on and not hurt so much. It's sad but i suppose it is for the better.

random

All girls have a market value. The older we get, the lower the market value right? So in a nutshell, girls are like products in the market which depreciate in value.....sort of la. But if a girl has been taken/ in a relationship, she does not has to worry about the value anymore because there is a "buyer" who appreciates that value already therefore putting her off the market (and having less competitors hee hee hee) So for the other girls out there in the market, fret not as there are ways to market yourself using the sales and marketing approach!

#1 Product differentiation
You must create something within yourself that only you have and no one else does! Something that distinguish you from the other "products" in the market. Something that when people think of it, they will say " Aha!! it is she!" Just like Mercedes, it's a car, but so is BMW, Proton and Honda, however people know Mercedes for its safety feature and luxury feel; and that's how we should market our self!

#2 Branding
You must have a brand for yourself, so that when people see that brand, they will know that it is of quality and trustworthy.

#3 Positioning
Positioning of specific product feature: To wear make-up or not to wear -.-
Positioning against other "product": Perhaps being different than the other girls?

And just like all product life cycle, "sales" will continue to grow until it reaches maturity stage and after the maturity stage, "sales" will start to decline, thus entering into decline stage. In order to extend your product life cycle, you should add value to yourself, joining clubs & societies/ taking up a course to increase your value. With added value at the "products" period of rising "sales" , you can continually revitalize interest in the "product" and sustain stable "sales".

HAHAHAHA please ignore me, must be studying too much sales and marketing, But come to think of it, it does sort of apply to a certain extent lol just crapping away anyway, none of it is true ;) but i like the way how i relate it to "life" making me remember the facts easier lol

Lessons

Life has been teaching me a lot of stuff lately. Not that life hasn't been teaching me the past few years but it's just that I was  moving on so fast that I never really stop to analyze things and think being as childish as I was...There are many things I learnt just this year alone but i will only mention 2 here Don't blame others, blame yourself for having high expectations; different people have different perceptions therefore you can not force people to see the same things you do. It's hard being a leader, managing people isn't easy as well, it makes me have this great admiration for the leaders out there, especially managers. I'm so tired...I need stress management...
Another lesson learnt, don't blame others for not understanding, blame yourself for not being clear. In just a short period of time, I've offended so many people. Can't seem tame this tongue of mine, I wasn't like this last time. It's about time I shape up. I guess the saying is true, when you point a finger at someone, 4 fingers points back at you. It's never about them, it's always all about you.

Lameness

One day in class, my lecturer was telling us about this true life story. She was telling us about the days when she was a Housekeeping manager, there was this worker who worked in the laundry department. This worker was short of money, so he decided to do a back-to-back shift. While he was doing his shift, he got so sleepy he slept on the flat-work-ironer ( a big ass iron to iron bed sheets la) and his hand was caught in the iron, and his hand was flat, hot and ironed just like the bed sheets. The doctors couldn't save his arm therefore his hand had to be amputated. All my friends were listening in disgust and horror, and there I was speaking in a low whisper to the friend next to me and said:" omg!! He is now hands-free!!!!" Hahahahahahaa oh and now he can raise his children single-handedly Hahahahahaha


Omg... I'm so going to hell....
